Reminder: Wissahickon Brewing Company Opening April 1

In case you missed it, a new brewery is coming to the area and invites you to join in on the grand opening fun this weekend.

The Wissahickon Brewing Company will hold a grand opening event form 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, April 1 at the 3705 W. School House Lane location.

There will be food from Foolish Waffles and Surf and Turf Truck, music from Reef'd and DJ Redasko, and five beers unique made on site.

Pets are welcome to attend too! Water bowls and water will be available for pets who want to hang out.

From noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 2, the party keeps going with more beer, more music, more games, and more food.

The Cow and the Curd will be on hand, serving up Midwest flavors to beer lovers.

Also, Babalouie BBQ will dish up smoked meats, savory sides, and appetizers to satiate hungry beer drinkers.
