Roxtoberfest To Feature Music, Food, History, Kids Fun, More

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — The 2021 Roxborough Roxtoberfest is all set for Saturday, Oct. 23 on Ridge Avenue.

From 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Oct. 23, Ridge Avenue between Leverington Avenue and Martin Street will be full of fall fun for adults, children, and even pets.

Kids are encouraged to come in costume and get a jump on Halloween by trick-or-treating at participating shops with our "Rox" the friendly ghost poster.

Roxborough Pocket Park will host a beer garden from New Ridge Brewing Company.

Face painting and balloon twisting will take place at The Vault.

Lyceum Avenue will host Philly Bully Team, Kelly’s Cat pet rescues, and a photobooth offering commemorative pet and people photos courtesy of Roxborough Development Corporation.

Performances by Secret Circus and historical cemetery tours by the Central Roxborough Civic Association will take place at Leverington Cemetery.

Epic Church will host performances by local band The Providers, featuring Roxborough Memorial Hospital’s health care providers. Additionally, more 20 local artists, crafters, and food trucks will be at the church.
