It should come as no surprise that the Ivy League school tops the list. But what other school's made the top ten best in PA?

PHILADELPHIA – Financial analysts at WalletHub recently took a look at the best colleges and universities in the country, and we have the breakdown of how Pennsylvania schools fared, including University of Pennsylvania, in their rankings.
WalletHub’s analysts compared nearly 1,000 higher-education institutions in the U.S. based on 26 key measures grouped into seven categories, such as student selectivity, cost and financing, and career outcomes.
The data set ranges from student-faculty ratio to graduation rate to post-attendance median salary.

So, when factoring all the metrics, UPenn is ranked Pennsylvania's best institution of higher learning.

According to WalletHub, Penn has the state's best admission rate, the best post-grad median salary, and the best student-faculty ratio.
Overall, the Philadelphia Ivy Leage school is the 8th best in the country, WalletHub says.

- Haverford College
- Bucknell University
