Lou and Tracie Holena, along with Lou’s son Jaryd, have launched Pillar To Post Home Inspectors® franchise, serving homeowners and real estate agents throughout Wayne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wyoming, Luzerne and Lackawanna counties. Based in Lake Ariel, the family-owned business will provide comprehensive home inspection services across the region commonly known as NEPA.

Known as the Keystone Team, the Holenas bring decades of combined experience in business management, property leasing, construction-related trades and real estate investing. Together, they have renovated and managed investment properties, giving them firsthand insight into the concerns buyers and sellers face throughout the homeownership journey.

After spending years in demanding career, Lou, a Marine Aviation test mechanic from 1986-92 and then in commercial truck dealership sales and management. Tracie was in banking and property leasing, the couple realized they wanted to create a business that would allow them to work together while serving others.

“Family has always been our priority,” said Tracie Holena. “We wanted to build something meaningful that reflects our values, allows us to work together every day and creates a lasting impact in the communities we serve.”
