Locals looking for a place to dine might often overlook , but the eatery never disappoints.

The restaurant and bar, located among office buildings on Rouser Road, offers dining in a casual setting. The food is delicious, the staff is personable and the price is right.

Upon entering the building, patrons can go to the left, where the upscale yet relaxed bar is located, or to the right for the dining room. Both areas provide ample seating. Large windows in the dining room give patrons a view of the property’s greenery. To top off the dining experience, there’s a beautiful fountain with the soothing sound of flowing water in the middle of the room.

The menu offers tasty and unique meals and includes a little bit of everything, from soups and salads to flatbreads and pastas. Appetizers, such as the Tuna Valencia and Shrimp and Mozzarella, cost $7.99 to $10.99. Salads are $9.99 to $15.99 and include selections such as the Clarks Salad, the Thai Peanut Shrimp Salad and the Jack Ham Salad.

All entrees are served with a side. Popular entrees include chicken, scallop and veal items as well as the Crab Cake, Salmon Lafayette and Filet Mignon. Entrees cost $18.99 to $34.99. The restaurant offers a lunch menu and a wide selection of wine and beer.

Clarks is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and 4 to 10 p.m. Saturday.
