The Lindsay Theater and Cultural Center in Sewickley is showing the Oscar-winning Italian drama Cinema Paradiso on Thursday, July 2, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, July 12, at 1 p.m. Cinema Paradiso is writer-director Giuseppe Tornatore’s semi-autobiographical tale about growing up and developing a passion for film in a small Sicilian town. Shady Ave Magazine recently declared that “Cinema Paradiso has become something of a signature film for The Lindsay Theater and Cultural Center.” Tickets are on sale for $11 and can purchased at The Lindsay or online via the Theater's website.
