Basic Cabinetmaking - with Pocket-Hole Joinery
Daytime - Wednesday, February 2nd M-W-F classes 10am-2pm 4 weeks 12 sessions
Insider knowledge can make basic cabinets well within the ability of most novice woodworkers. Each student will make his/her own base cabinet of red oak with a raised panel door and a dovetailed drawer. Pocket-hole & biscuit joinery will be used to assemble the cabinets. Class will also cover design and layout of built-in cabinetry.
Power tools and joinery tools are available at the shop. Students are expected to have their own hand tools. Please discuss your tools and any planned purchase with the instructor prior to the class
