Whether you're cooking for a party or all for yourself, there's nothing more indulgent than chocolate! We'll taste different kinds of chocolate, and then use them to make a creamy mousse, a delicious cake, a luscious tart and other treats. Bring your sweet tooth! Due to the nature of culinary arts classes, Sweetwater is unable to accommodate food allergies/dietary restrictions. BYOB. Ages 21 and up. Registration is required. Member's tuition is $50 and non-member's tuition is $65.
