Be inspired by the colorful spring blooms by learning the traditional art of botanical illustration and painting. First, we'll learn how to enhance our observational skills so that we can capture the subtle details that make flowers so unique. Next, you'll learn various pencil and ink techniques such as line variety, hatching, and stippling to add interest and realism to your drawings. Finally, you'll experiment with both liquid tube watercolors and watercolor pencils to add vibrant color to your botanical drawings. All materials provided; materials fee is included in the tuition.
