Lasagna from Scratch

This culinary workshop is designed for the food enthusiast or budding "foody". Each student will participate in making a meat sauce with ground turkey and lean beef, tomato-basil sauce and whole wheat lasagna noodles from scratch. Lasagna, including fresh mozzarella cheese, will be assembled and baked. The class will take a short break while lasagna is baking, and will then sit down together after the lasagna is baked and sample the fruits of their labors. Ages 21 and up. BYOB. Registration is required. Members tuition is $50 and $65 for non-members.
