In Reiki Level 1, students will be introduced to the history of Reiki and will receive a basic explanation of Reiki and itsapplications in everyday life. Students will learn beginner healing techniques and basic meditation practices. In addition, students will receive Reiki Level 1 attunement and participate in a hands-on healing practice as well as class discussion. Upon completion of the workshop, students will receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate, which allows students to share Reiki publicly (without fees) and will have continued access to their Reiki Master Teacher for further questions. A materials fee is included in the tuition and covers the cost of a Reiki Level 1 course booklet.
