Board Cheers 11U Blue Storm Baseball Team

congratulated the Athletic Association’s 11U Blue Storm baseball team, which can proudly boast its status as , 2011 PA State Champions and 2011 District 1 Champions while holding an 81-7-3 record for the past two years.

Players David Bingaman, Zach Chevalier, Michael Conran, Chris Direnzo, Cole Dumont, Justin Eckard, Jeff Houtmann, Layne Kelly, Nicky Kutufaris, Jared Morris, Steven Sulpizio and Cam Thorpe received a big round of applause from the board and the public during the .

This is the third consecutive year the 11U Blue Storm team won the District 1 Championships and the second straight year they've become PA State Champions.

The highly-competitive team also won the Aston/Middletown and Chichester tournaments this year.

Head coach John Morris with assistant coaches Nick Kutufaris, Bob Dumont and Dave Thorpe were lauded for their dedication to the team and their volunteer contributions to the community.
