Board Thanks Joseph Oliver for Service

Joseph M. Oliver, owner of , got a certificate of appreciation from during its meeting Oct. 11.

Commissioner Lee Janiczek read a resolution to honor Oliver, noting that he and his company have provided “40 years of outstanding community service, donating and installing heaters to families in need.”

Quoting Winston Churchill, Oliver said “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
