A recent article mentioned that a Springfield property for sale was broken into. It is unfortunate and I would like to point out the importance of safety precautions.
One sound advice is to make sure if the property is vacant to make it look as though it is occupied. Sometimes, it may be difficult but do your best to keep some furniture and create a "lived in" atmosphere. Your agent can help you with that.
