Crozer-Keystone to Host Community Open Houses with Medicare Plans

Medicare’s Annual Open Enrollment Period is coming soon (Oct. 15, 2014 to Dec. 7, 2014). This is an important time of year for Medicare-eligible individuals to evaluate their options and learn about each plan’s provider networks, benefit and cost and make an informed decision for 2015.

Crozer-Keystone Health System is holding a series of open houses where members of the community can meet with representatives from each of the Medicare Advantage plans that include Crozer-Keystone Health System’s hospitals, facilities and employed physicians in their participating networks of providers.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to schedule personal appointments, gather materials to take home and talk one on one with representatives from each of the plans participating with Crozer-Keystone:

• Aetna Medicare Advantage
• Coventry Advantra, An Aetna Company
• Gateway Health Medicare Assured
• Independence Blue Cross Medicare Advantage Plans
• Keystone VIP Choice Medicare Plan

You do not need to pre-register for these open houses – walk-ins are welcome at the following locations, dates and times:

• Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2 to 4:30 p.m. at the Crozer Medical Plaza at Brinton Lake, 1st Floor Conference Room, 300 Evergreen Dr. in Glen Mills
• Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2 to 4:30 p.m. at Taylor Hospital, Classrooms A/B,175 East Chester Pike in Ridley Park.
• Thursday, Nov. 6, 2 to 4:30 p.m. at Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Meeting Room A, 501 North Lansdowne Avenue in Drexel Hill
• Thursday, Nov. 13th, 2 to 4:30 p.m., Healthplex® Sports Club, Basketball Court, 194 West Sproul Road, Springfield
• Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2 to 4:30 p.m., Community Hospital, Southeast Conference Room, 2600 W. Ninth St., Chester
