Delaware County reported a 6.2% decline in Total Inventory compared to this time last year. With significant increases in Settled and Pending Units, the Average Settled Price rose by 5.7% over the same time period.
In June 2013, Delaware County reported a 24% increase in appointments over June 2012, with appointments in homes priced between $300,000 and $500,000 decreasing by 22% since last month.
