Delco Woman Gets 5 To 10 Years For Firearm Straw Purchase: DA's Office
One of the weapons was a 9mm handgun fitted with a fully-loaded 50-round drum magazine.
A Delaware County woman who was charged with firearm-related crimes after allegedly buying guns for her boyfriend who is not prohibited to own guns pleaded guilty to the crimes Thursday, according to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
Erika Kulp, 23, of Aldan, pleaded guilty to firearms sale violation for the straw purchase of two guns for her boyfriend, who is prohibited from possessing firearms.
Prosecution in Kulp's case invoked at five-year mandatory sentence under the Officer Brad Fox law, the DA's office said.

Kulp received a sentence of 5-10 years in state prison and was immediately taken into custody, the DA's office said.
Kulp was arrested in October after a joint investigation by the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

After being arrested, Kulp told investigators that she purchased, for her boyfriend, a 9mm Glock 26 with a 50-round drum magazine in December 2015 and purchased a Smith & Wesson Walther .380 gun in June 2015.
Kulp also stated that it was her boyfriend's idea to falsely report a stolen gun in Sharon Hill if she was ever questioned about the purchases.
