Early Dismissal For Springfield School District Monday, Jan 8
The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory for eastern PA, which is effective from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8.

SPRINGFIELD, PA – The Springfield School District is dismissing students early Monday, Jan. 8 as wintry weather is expected to descend on the region Monday afternoon and evening, possibly making commutes troublesome.
Dismissals will begin at noon with students in ET Richardson Middle School. Springfield High Schoolers will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m., while Sabold and Scenic Hills elementary students will be dismissed at 1 p.m.
The Springfield Literacy Center will also be dismissed at 1 p.m., as well.

Evening Kindergarten has been canceled.
