The Center for Diabetes at Springfield Hospital offers a Pre-Diabetes Seminar on the last Thursday of every month. Included in the seminar is information on defining pre-diabetes, importance of knowing if you have pre-diabetes, importance of activity and exercise, and healthy meal planning. Each seminar costs $25 and is limited to ten patients per class. To register call 1-800-254-3258.
