Market Trends: Delaware County, August 2017
After several months of strong sales and price increases, both settled to slightly below 2016 levels. Sales were down 1.9% while the median sold price was down 1.8% compared to August 2016. Inventory declined by 0.9% and is 15.7% below last year.
So sellers are still in the driver's seat with inventory lower than the market requires.
