Robert 'Bunk' Woolson Gets Police C.O.R.E Award

Members of Springfield Fire Company 44 stood shoulder-to-shoulder to honor their chief.

Robert "Bunk" Woolson is the 2012 recipient of the 's C.O.R.E. Award.

This award is presented annually to the member of the department who most exemplifies the department's Guiding Principles of integrity, professionalism and respect. Bunk does many tasks for the department and is the Records Department Supervisor [and Chief of Springfield Fire Company 44.] He does these duties with the utmost professionalism and is a treasure to the department.
