Spring 2014 Selling Season

Yes, we are just getting into Fall 2013, but it is not too early to put together a check list of things you may want to do in order to put your property up for sale come next Spring.  It will be here before you know it.

I am meeting with prospective sellers who are looking for advice as to how to prepare their property for sale.

The first thing is to get rid of items you absolutely do not need or want as this can take weeks and even months to do.  This way you won't feel rushed to do this last minute.

I strongly suggest a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting/clean your carpeting, or better yet prepare those hardwood floors that may have been neglected over the years.

Come March (weather permitting) into early April, you can take to the outside and get that curb appeal bumped up a notch to attract more buyers.

Remember the early bird gets the worm!

Happy Fall!
