April 16, 1:28 p.m.
Employees at the Bath and Body Works in the mall reported three females were together inside the store. One of the females distracted an employee while the other two stole numerous items. Det. Devaney is following up.
April 17, 5:59 p.m.
Officers responded to the 400 block Glendale Circle to investigate a disturbance and upon arrival observed a male arguing with another male. When approaching one of the males, Officers found one to be intoxicated and uncooperative. He refused to talk about what happened and took a fighting stance towards an officer. He attempted to strike an officer with his fist and was taken into custody. The male continued to act out by kicking the partition inside the police vehicle and yelling obscenities. Michael Mears 37, of Springfield, was charged with Aggravated Assault, Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct among other charges and was held for arraignment.

April 18, 3:05 p.m.
Target at the mall security reported they had a female in custody for shoplifting over $240 worth of merchandise. Officers responded and took into custody Alisha Douglas, 38, of Collingdale, for stealing women’s clothing. She was charged with Retail Theft and held for arraignment.
April 18, 3:31 p.m.
Officers were called to the 300 block Summit Road to investigate and group of juveniles who were stumbling as they walked. Officer located two females and three males all from Springfield. They were all found to be intoxicated and were taken into custody and charged with Underage Drinking. They were later released to their parents.
April 18, 8:41 p.m.
Officers responded to the intersection of Pinecrest Road and Norwinden Drive to investigate an unresponsive female inside a vehicle. Upon arrival, they found the driver of the vehicle, a 40 year-old-female from Springfield, intoxicated. Witnesses had said the female had been driving erratically on Hillview Drive and Pinecrest Road before coming to a stop at Norwinden. The female was taken into custody and submitted to a blood test. She was turned over to family, and charges for DUI are pending.
April 18, 10:07 a.m.
Giant 700 block West Sproul Road reported a male had attempted to steal over $250 worth of baby formula. As the male tried to walk out of the store, he was approached by employees, dropped the items and fled the area. He is suspected of other thefts at the store, and Det. Devaney is investigating.
April 20, 7:56 p.m.
Heather Henderson, 29, of Sharon Hill, was taken into custody and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness after causing a disturbance at the Days Inn. She was found to be walking around the property intoxicated and screaming profanities at people
