SPRINGFIELD, PA – Springfield Township Police released their most recent crime blotter on Monday.
The report includes information on several thefts, including one at a Panera Bread location, and a stolen vehicle.

Sept. 10, 7:43 p.m.
Employees of the Ulta store at the Springfield Mall reported observing two females select a numerous amount of fragrance and leave the store without paying. They later came back for more, and witnesses were able to observe a vehicle they were using. Det. Devaney is investigating.

Sept. 12, 4:15 p.m.
Tredyffrin Police notified us they had recovered a vehicle previously reported stolen by our department. The vehicle had been stolen from Springfield Square South Shopping Center on Sept. 7. The vehicle was involved in a police pursuit which ended in Tredyffrin Township. The driver was arrested.
Sept. 13, 1:25 p.m.
A resident of the 700 block Hillborn Avenue reported a package she had delivered was stolen from her front porch.
Sept. 13, 2:34 p.m.
A patron of the Panera Bread 1000 block Baltimore Pike reported her wallet was stolen from her purse as she sat inside the restaurant. She later learned of unauthorized purchases on several credit cards which had been in the wallet. Det. McCarthy is working on this case and a prior theft at this same location.
Sept. 14, 8:20 a.m.
A student of ETR middle school reported his bicycle was stolen from the bike rack sometime during the day Sept. 13. On Sept. 16 at 9:12 a.m. Ofc. Cutcliff located the bike unoccupied on Woodland Avenue near Barker Road. The bike was returned to the owner.
