The blotter covers police handled-incidents that occurred between Oct. 29 and Nov. 3.
Police dealt with thefts, vandalism, DUI, and more.

Oct. 29 at 7:03 a.m.
A resident reported that sometime overnight someone smashed the driver side window to his Ford Focus vehicle as it was parked on the unit block of Yale Square.

Oct. 29 at 4:12 p.m.
Target on the 800 block Baltimore Pike reported they had investigated one of their employees for under ringing her own purchases. The total loss to the store was over $330. The 21-year-old female from Secane will be charged with theft.
Oct. 29 at 4:17 p.m.
A resident of the 600 block of Cresson Lane reported sometime overnight someone smashed the side window of a Lexus parked on the street.
Oct. 29 at 7:40 p.m.
Officers responded to Nick’s Roastbeef on the unit block East Woodland Avenue for a report of a fight inside. Officers learned one of the patrons had become upset because the bartender took his empty glass and struck a waitress in the face with his hand. Employees removed the patron to the outside lot and called police. The subject was found to be intoxicated. Gary Pflieger, 51, of Springfield, was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness. He was later turned over to family.
Oct. 30 at 3:06 p.m.
Employees at the Sprint Store on the 1200 block Baltimore Pike called to report a male subject who had recently purchased two iPhones was back to purchase two more. When they began to confirm the subject’s identity and method of purchase, the male placed one of the phones in his pocket and left the store. Det. Nutley is investigating.
Oct. 31 at 4:01 p.m.
Officers responded to the CVS on the 300 block Baltimore Pike for a report of two subjects unconscious inside a vehicle in the lot. Officers located a male and female as reported. Both awoke and were found to be under the influence of drugs and drugs were found inside the vehicle. The driver, Elisha Moroney, 38, of Aston, was arrested for DUI and taken to the hospital for a blood test. She was also found to have an active arrest warrant from Delaware County and was later transported to Delaware County Prison. The passenger, James O’Byrne, 49, of Aston, was taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant from Delaware County and transported to Delaware County Prison.
Oct. 31 at 4:30 p.m.
Employees of the Reedman Toll Chrysler Dodge Dealership reported four vehicles had been damaged by keying sometime this month.
Nov. 2 at 12:58 p.m.
Tierra Van Putten, 23, of Philadelphia was taken into custody and charged with retail theft
after security at Target in the mall observed her take clothing from the Women’s Dept. and conceal it inside a bag she was carrying. She attempted to leave the store failing to pay for the clothing which was valued at $175.
Nov. 3 at 5:53 p.m.
A person attending a function on the 400 block Collins Drive observed a white SUV stopped next to his vehicle for a moment. When the person checked his vehicle, he found the driver window smashed and a pocket book taken from inside.
Nov. 3 at 8:52 p.m.
Officers responded to the Oliver Heating and Cooling on Waverly Avenue to investigate two subjects observed inside the secure fence of the property. Officers observed two subjects fitting the description loitering near a house on the 600 block Yale Avenue and ran upon seeing the police. One of the subjects, a 17-year-old male from the area was stopped and admitted to being on the property. He was released to his parents and charges are pending.
