Worker Throws Lottery Machine At Robbers In Delco Store: Report
Eddystone Borough Police are looking for two men who tried to rob a store and shot the clerk before the clerk threw the machine at them.
EDDYSTONE, PA – Police in Delaware County are looking for two attempted armed robbers who shot a store clerk Wednesday before the clerk fought back by throwing a lottery machine at them.
Action News reports the incident occurred at about 8:30 p.m. at a store on 1398 Industrial Highway when two men dressed in construction gear came in and demanded money.
The clerk said he didn't have money to give them then was shot in the hand then pistol whipped, but he then threw the lottery machine at the men, chasing them out.
