Law firm marketing consultant Stacy West Clark, Esq. was one of the featured speakers at the Chester County Bar Association’s Spring Bench Bar Conference last week. The topic of her presentation was “How Lawyers Can Deliver Outstanding Service to Clients and Referral Services.”
Ms. Clark has been assisting small to mid-sized law firms in the Delaware Valley with growing their practices for over 25 years. She is the President of Stacy Clark Marketing LLC. Prior to starting her business, Ms. Clark was the first Director of Client Relations at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius (1986-1992). Before that, she was an associate in the government relations department of the international law firm (1983-1986). In addition to being a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, Stacy is on the Steeling Committee of the Delaware Valley Law Firm Marketing Group and is a member of the ABA’s Law Practice Management Section and past vice-chair of its Marketing Administrators Committee. She is also a member of the national Legal Marketing Association and the Chester County Bar Association. A graduate of Cornell University (B.A. 1980), Ms. Clark received her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was a member of the Washington University Law Quarterly (J.D. 1983).
