Main Line Man Tortured Dogs, Killing One: Authorities

A 44-year-old Main Line man is accused of torturing 2 dogs and killing one back in March 2015 and facing six county of cruelty to animals.

A Main Line man allegedly tortured dogs and killed one in March 2015 and is now facing charges in connection with the alleged torture.

Patrick Leyseele, 44, of Bala Cywynd, has been charged with six counts of cruelty to animals, according to court documents.

The alleged torture happened on March 16, 2016.

Action News reports Leyseele is accused of torturing two dogs and killing one while their owner was out on a walk.

Leyseele was freed after posting $5,000 bail at his preliminary hearing on Monday, June 18, court records show.

He is slated to appear for a formal arraignment on Aug. 15, according to court documents.
