How did Tredyffrin/Easttown School District fare in Niche.com's list of the Safest School Districts for 2018?

Based on information from the U.S. Department of Education, the FBI, parent reviews and other data, TESD was ranked the fifth safest in PA and the 22nd safest in the US.

I had a great experience throughout my career in the TE school district. I attended Valley Forge Elementary, Middle, and Conestoga High School. The teachers are fantastic and truly care about their students. I loved my experience so much that it has inspired me to become a middle school teacher too. I would definitely recommend parents have their children attend TE's awesome schools!
This is a wonderful, competitive, one of the most resourceful school districts in the state of Pennsylvania. It is ranked and recognized nationwide as well. TESD prepares students academically and athletically.
Attending school in the T/E school district was great. I started in kindergarten and went through the district until graduation. I could have not asked for a better educated to prepare me for life in college and beyond.
To compile the ranking, 50 percent was based on parent and student surveys on health and safety. Student absenteeism, suspensions and expulsions were also factored into the rankings, well as percentage of students referred to law enforcement and school-related arrests.
