• Washington County man charged in July assault (heraldstandard.com) — A woman was allegedly beaten with a tire iron on Locust Street in Uniontown in late July, and a third suspect has now been arrested. Police say Jonathan Godines joined two previously charged co-defendants in the attack, and all three face aggravated assault and related counts, with preliminary hearings scheduled in September and October.
