“Make the Magic Benefit” for University Of Pennsylvania Branch of Camp Kesem

Camp Kesem at the University of Pennsylvania (http://campkesem.org/upenn) is a student-run summer camp for children whose parents have or have had cancer. Our camp is provided free of charge to all our campers, and we hope to serve more than 70 families in the greater-Philadelphia area this summer!

Our “Make the Magic Benefit” on Saturday, March 23rd is our largest fundraising event of the year, and all proceeds from the event will be used to support our summer camp in August. At our benefit, we will have a silent auction which features items that have items that have been graciously contributed by local Philadelphia retailers, other UPenn student organizations and by our friends and families. In addition to the silent auction, there will be music and entertainment presented by UPenn performing arts groups as well as speeches made by past campers and their families. The benefit will be held at the Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel, 3549 Chestnut Street Philadelphia, 19104.
