Dance Moms Miami Victor Smalley & Angel DeArmas visit Stars Studio of Dance
Willow Grove, PA — June 20, 2013 — Stars Studio of Dance announced today an incredible opportunity for our area dancers ages 7 and up. Dancers of all levels from recreational to advanced are invited to dance with and meet the stars of Dance Moms: Miami, Victor Smalley and Angel DeArmas, owners of Stars Dance Studio in Miami Florida and best known for their motto, “Turning kids into dancers, and dancers into Stars.” This event will be held on Monday July 29 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm at Stars Studio of Dance in Willow Grove, PA.
Participants will not only meet Angel and Victor but they will also have the opportunity to learn from two of the best dancers in the world in two one hour sessions. Victor was a finalist on the sixth season of the hit TV show So You Think You Can Dance and professionally trained in ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical and contemporary dance. Victor credits his success to his mother who inspired him at a young age and to Mia Michaels, his mentor on So You Think You Can Dance. Setting him apart from other dance instructors is his hands on approach to choreography turning dance and motion into art.

Angel, well known for his innovative style and ability to combine elements from different genres of dance into mesmerizing pieces that transform dancers into living art, has a unique background that saw him professionally trained in jazz, modern and lyrical. He is one of the most wanted choreographers and has been sought after by local Miami television productions, South Florida magnet schools, concerts and internationally acclaimed artists. In 2004 he was named the “Top Jazz Choreographer” and in 2005 the “Top Lyrical Choreographer” by the National Dance Alliance.
