World jazz fusion artist Edward Ratliff headlines a relaxing afternoon filled with entertainment, shopping, cultural events and culinary delights.

Ratliff is a NY city based composer, fluent in cornet, accordion, trombone, trumpet and euphonium. His musical inspirations include Hong Kong movies, the golden age of Hollywood, 18th-century Bohemian wind music and Vietnamese pop music.
The afternoon promises to please the eyes with a cinematic and visual performance in addition to his auditory delights.

The Won Institute's Chook Jae (festival) also includes both a live and online Silent Auction.
