At its November 18 worship service, The First
Presbyterian Church, Willow Grove, will celebrate
its Scottish roots at its 10:00 a.m. service.
Following a form of worship that dates back to 1564, the Pastor will be accompanied into the sanctuary by a bagpiper and the “Beadle” carrying the Bible.
Worshipers and guests are invited to present pieces of tartans for blessing--an American innovation.
