Community Update

Had this company install new shingles on my 21x28 roof about 2 months ago. First heavy rain the roof leaked. Called several times before someone came out to try to stop the leak. It was where one of the employees while removing the old shingles around the flue bent up the flashing around the fireplace pipe. Again after the next heavy rain, the roof leaked very bad like someone was dumping water down the pipe into my fireplace and ceiling. Called 5 times over the week, left a message, finally the owner's wife returned my call and stated they would be out before the week was over. I said it needed to be fixed before the next rain which was on Friday. Here it is Monday, the 19th and still no one came out nor has the owner called.

I would not recommend this company to do anything .
I am contacting the BBB and Bucks County district attorney 's office to file a complaint.
