Community Update

Calling all residents... A Upper Southampton Zoning Hearing Board will be held on Wednesday April 23rd at 7PM in the Basement of the Southampton Library.  This is a continuation meeting of the Delaware Valley Residential Care Facilities request for a special exemption as a nursing home on the 1216 Street Road Property.  This project, which carries the potential to be a safety concern to the local community does not have sufficient buffers, adequate space management or a safety plan.  This project is also not in compliance with the Upper Southampton Comprehensive Plan.  Please plan on attending this important meeting.  This type of facility is a right idea but the wrong location.
