Eureka!, a two-actor performance combining humor and science will come alive for children 5 to 12-years of age. The complimentary program is part of the library's Children's Summer Reading Program.
The 50-minute live performance will introduce youngsters to five great scientists as they experienced their "Aha" moments of discovery. They include, Galileo, Isaac Newton, Louis Pasteur, Marie Curie and George Washington Caver. The Southampton Free Library recently began a Capital and Endowment
Campaign to raise $750,000 for modernization and refurbishing of the library and to expand and enhance programming for children and adults.
