Franklin Moultrie Jr., 28, of Warrington, was arrested during a traffic stop along Second Street Pike after police determined he had a warrant out for his arrest, officials reported. The warrant stemmed from a September 2010 DUI arrest in Warminster Township. In Spring, Moultrie failed to show up for court and a warrant was issued for his apprehension, court records show. After his latest arrest, Upper Southampton police turned Moultrie over the custody county sherriff's.
