The Rotary Club of Bethel-St.Clair held its meeting Thursday evening at St. Clair Country Club in honor of the lifetime of Rotary service of Lou Piconi, resident of Upper St. Clair and former Vice-President of Rotary International and Trustee of the Rotary Foundation. Frank Devlyn, Past President of Rotary International and Former Chairman of the Rotary Foundation came from Mexico City to speak to the attendees and express Rotary's appreciation and that of over 1.3 million members in over 200 countries for Lou's service in Rotary and especially his tremendous efforts on Rotary's PolioPlus campaign to defeat polio worldwide.
He also honored The Rotary Club of Bethel-St. Clair in becoming one of the few clubs world-wide that has achieved 100% Paul Harris Fellowships among its membership.
