When Shannon Thomas first considered a healthcare career at Ann’s Choice, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in Bucks County, Pa., she visited the community to determine if it was a place she wanted to work.

“I looked at the community and saw how beautiful it is,” Shannon says. “It looked like a lovely place to work, and I knew I’d feel right at home.”

Since starting as a Care Associate in 2021, Shannon has been appointed Lead Care Associate at Ann’s Choice. She is also a med-tech and is preparing to become a Practicum Observer. Shannon has experienced first-hand the company’s determination to acknowledge and accelerate growth from within.
