Ann’s Choice Staff Appreciation Fund Spreads Cheer to Hourly Staff

'Tis the season for cookies, cocoa, cheer—and recognizing staff members who go above and beyond for residents at Ann’s Choice, the Erickson Senior Living community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, every day!

The 2023 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF), made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents, will be dispersed among eligible employees to thank them for providing industry-leading services that enhance the community's engaging, worry-free lifestyle.

This year alone, Ann’s Choice residents contributed $285,000 to the SAF.

“Our staff members show up with smiles on their faces, and that doesn’t go unnoticed by residents,” says Executive Director Chris Donati. “It’s their positive energy, in addition to their hard work, that helps residents thrive.”

At Ann’s Choice Staff Appreciation celebration held on December 5, Ann’s Choice team members enjoyed hot chocolate and treat bags and had the opportunity to thank residents for the gift. In addition, staff contributed personalized messages of gratitude to the "Thank You" posters, which are currently on display in the community.

A total of 693 employees were celebrated and received a distribution from the Fund this year.
