Ann’s Choice Team Members Volunteer at Ross Mill Farm

Employees plant flowers, help pack piggy cookies, and more!

Ann’s Choice employees recently volunteered at Ross Mill Farm as part of the “Volunteer with Me” program. The program allows employees to use their paid volunteer hours to participate in a community outreach outing sponsored by an executive team member.

During the outing, employees planted flowers and greenery around the farm in preparation for the warm season, helped pack Lullabelle piggy cookie orders, and tackled important farm maintenance tasks.

The Erickson Senior Living–managed community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, provides a robust benefits package that reflects its commitment to financial stability, health and well-being, and work-life balance. In addition to multiple health care plan options, Ann’s Choice offers 40 hours of paid community volunteer time. Other benefits include tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, online training classes, advancement opportunities, and more.
