Italia said that while Arby's won't tear down the building, the interior will be gutted and then the exterior will be transformed into an Arby's franchise.
In early February, township officials announced that Arby's would be bringing its famous roast beef sandwiches to Warminster.
Supervisors then unanimously approved preliminary and final land development plans for Trident QSR Warminster LLC to build an Arby's restaurant on West Street Road.
Arby's —whose slogan is "We Have the Meats!"—is a fast-food sandwich chain with more than 3,300 restaurants across the country. It was founded in 1964 and is famous for its roast beef sandwiches.
An Arby's is located on East Street Road in Feasterville. There's also an Arby's in the Levittown Town Center on the Levittown Parkway.
