Arby's Meets Over Street Road Eatery Construction Plans

WARMINSTER, PA —It's a question that gets asked often on social media these days and at township supervisors' meetings: "When is the Arby's opening?"

At prior meetings, Township Engineer Craig Kennard had nothing to report since first announcing that Arby's was coming in early February, replacing the Saladworks on Street Road.

Following Thursday's Township Supervisors meeting, Kennard told Patch that he had recently held a preconstruction meeting with Arby's. Kennard said he might have a further update at the September meeting.

No construction start date has been given nor a date when Arby's may open.

In early February, township officials announced that Arby's would be bringing its famous roast beef sandwiches to Warminster.

Supervisors then unanimously approved preliminary and final land development plans for Trident QSR Warminster LLC to an Arby's restaurant on West Street Road.

Arby's will be located in the old Saladworks in front of the Giant Food Store at Center Point Place.

Arby's —whose slogan is "We Have the Meats!"—is a fast food-sandwich chain with more than 3,300 restaurants across the country. It was founded in 1964 and is famous for its roast beef sandwiches.

An Arby's is located on East Street Road in Feasterville. There's also an Arby's in the Levittown Town Center on the Levittown Parkway.
