Arby's Makes It Official In Warminster Township

WARMINSTER, PA —The sign says it all.

Just off the old Saladworks location on Street Road in front of the Giant Shopping Center at Center Point Place, there's a sign that makes it official.

"New Arby's: Coming Soon."

The sign is part of the recent construction activity at the site.

And residents on the Warminster Community Group Facebook page are reacting to the sign.

"Arby's is really coming along. Lots of construction today," the original Facebook poster of the sign picture stated Thursday.

"I'm gonna camp out and be first," one Facebook commenter said. "Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's Arby's."

Others joked that they should hold a tailgate party for the grand opening.

Work had been stalled due to "a lot of internal issues" with the building as far as lighting and wiring," Township Craig Kennard stated at a recent Board of Supervisors meeting when asked for an update by Supervisor Janice Charlton.

In February 2023, officials announced that Arby's would be bringing its famous roast beef sandwiches to Warminster.

Arby's —whose slogan is "We Have the Meats!"—is a fast-food sandwich chain with more than 3,300 restaurants across the country. It was founded in 1964 and is famous for its roast beef sandwiches.

An Arby's is located on East Street Road in Feasterville. There's also an Arby's in the Levittown Town Center on the Levittown Parkway.
