Black School Educators Conference Featuring Centennial Superintendent
Centennial Schools Superintendent Dana Bedden will be a presenter Thursday at the 2022 National Alliance of Black School Educators.

WARMINSTER, PA —Centennial Schools Superintendent Dana Bedden will be among the presenters Thursday at the 2022 National Alliance of Black School Educators.
Bedden will serve as a guest speaker for the 50th annual conference workshop series at the Gaylord National Resort & Conference Center in National Harbor, MD.
Bedden told Patch Wednesday that he and the district's Teaching & Learning Team (the Assistant Superintendent and Director and Digital and Online Coordinator) and the Social Emotional & Academic Learning coordinator will join him in a presentation Thursday afternoon.

The other Centennial educators are:
- Anthony Gabriele, Assistant to the Superintendent for Teaching & Learning
- Joe Rutz, Director of Teaching & Learning
- Kristin Herman, Coordinates of Digital & Online Learning
- Michelle Gill, Coordinator of Social Emotional & Academic Learning
The presentation is titled: "Including Equity as Part of the Foundation to Become a High-Performing School District: A Systems Approach."

Bedden will also be involved in a "Think Tank" discussion with other superintendents Thursday morning.
The national stage is nothing new for Bedden and Centennial.
Centennial recently co-hosted a national education summit focusing on family & community engagement to help transform learning through voice, culture and literacy.
The school district has recently entered numerous partnerships and Bedden told Patch Wednesday that he is working on another one with the Warminster YMCA.
The district inked a deal with Liberty Urgent Care for wellness and occupational health services recently.
This month, Centennial entered into an automatic admissions agreement with Bucks County Community College.
The district then followed that with another partnership with Commonwealth University offering guaranteed admissions to Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield universities.
