WARMINSTER, PA —The township seems to be a hotspot for posting social media reviews of pizza and cheesesteaks.

For the second time in a little more than two months, a township eatery was chosen for a review that was posted on Facebook.

This time, the newly opened Amalio's Pizza & Pasta was selected for a review of its cheesesteak by Chase U, a blogger who goes around the region sampling and reviewing pizza and cheesesteaks.

"We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw him coming," the pizza place said on Facebook. "What an honor."

Barstool Sports Founder David Portnoy reviewed the pizza at HG Bucks Bagels at 1179 York Road in mid-November.

Dressed in an "It's a Philly Thing" green sweatshirt and wearing a baseball cap backward, Chase U appeared recently at the pizza place at 1145 York Rd. next to the Weis supermarket.

"We're out here at a place in Bucks County that a few of you recommended me to try," Chase U said on his Instagram post. "They're a new kid on the block. Despite being well-known for its pizza and pasta, you know why we're here."

Chase U brought out a cheesesteak into the parking lot. He talked about the 10 percent marinated ribeye, sharp cheddar cheese, and seeded Liscio's roll.

He dug in and said, "The ratio is incredible." Click here to see Chase U's review

"Everything coming together as a uniform bite each and every time is a thing of beauty," Chase U said in his review. "What I also like is the crisp on Liscio's roll. I'll be very honest. I've downplayed how good Liscio's roll is for a very long time but this is surprising me. I will say though that Amalio's has a little kick of pepper coming through on this cheesesteak. It's a little different than what's out there right now. But I can't lie. I kinda like it."

He gave the cheesesteak an 8.2 out of 10 rating.

"If you find yourself in Bucks County seeking a tasty cheesesteak somewhere between Warrington and Warwick, I still don't know where we're at, you might want to stop by Amalio's and give it a shot," he said. "But where are we going next?"
