Community House Build

Benefiting Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, Bux-Mont Christian Church will frame an entire house in its parking lot.

On Saturday, May 9, Bux-Mont Christian Church will host its tenth Help Build Hope house-building event, once again benefiting Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County.

Starting at 8 a.m., we’ll share a continental breakfast, sing some songs, get some brief instruction, and then start building.  Before the day’s end, we will have framed an entire house in the church’s parking lot.

Breaking into groups of five or six, teams will be given plans for individual wall sections.  They’ll gather pre-cut material, lay it out, and nail it together using hammers and nails.
