Debbie Goetz Media Connections Delivers Holiday Cheer to Christ's Home for Children

Employees of Debbie Goetz Media Connections delivered holiday cheer and gifts to the children of Christ’s Home for Children (CHFC) on December 11, 2014. As part of the firm’s holiday giving initiative, each staff member was given an allowance to shop for holiday gifts for the children of CHFC. Any additional contributions made by staff members were matched by Debbie Goetz Media Connections through a monetary donation to assist with the support and care of children at CHFC.

Colleen Augustin, Donor Relations Coordinator for Christ’s Home for Children, said, “We truly appreciate the support of our community as well as the staff at Debbie Goetz Media Connections.” In addition to donating household items including small appliances, bedding and baby care items to make the living areas more homey and comfortable, Debbie Goetz Media Connections’ staff donated toys, clothing, craft supplies, cosmetics and gift wrap supplies.

“The Christmas gifts for the children are a blessing to our ministry. Thank you for all you do on behalf of the children we serve at Christ’s Home for Children,” said Augustin.

Debbie Goetz Media Connections’ donations directly benefit at risk children who have been placed at CHFC due to abuse, neglect or an unstable home life. Children from birth to age eighteen are placed with CHFC through local children and youth agencies. CHFC provides the medical, educational, emotional, spiritual and social care each child needs in a loving, familial environment.
