Body Found Off Bucks Co. Roadway Identified
The Bucks County Coroner's Office identified the body that was found in Hilltown
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Bucks County Coroner has identified the severely decomposed body that was discovered in a ditch earlier this month on Route 313 in Hilltown.
Bucks County Coroner Patti Campi said the body was identified as 40-year-old John Carper.
Campi said that Carper was identified through dental records.

She said Carper's father had filed a missing person report in mid-September.
Campi said no foul play was involved in the death of Carper, who had lived in California and Bucks County, but did not have a current address listed.

Campi said that Carper did have family from Bucks County and New Jersey.
A PennDOT Adopt-a-Highway crew removing trash on Route 13 on April 18 discovered the human remains, according to the Bucks Courier Times.
